Room cleanliness was subpar, with leftover food in the refrigerator and inadequate housekeeping service. Staff attitude issues, including a front desk clerk being unhelpful and not providing a receipt upon check-out.

During our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed and the cloud-like pillows. The room provided a peaceful and relaxing sleep, which was much needed after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location in a rural area ensured minimal noise disturbance, allowing us to unwind and recharge.

The check-in process did not go smoothly as planned. There was an issue with my card, which resulted in my reservation being canceled without prior notification.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was just a short train ride away from Manhattan, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. the train station was also conveniently located just a few blocks away from the hotel. I appreciated the fact that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the wood look vinyl flooring was a nice touch and gave the room a modern feel.

Updated room, helpful staff, nice building. It was a very pleasant stay, you could leave a car on-site. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Ponty Bistro Harlem that is only 25 minutes' walk away.

Well, the area was uncomfortable overall.
