During our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, we were actually surprised by the comfort of the bed and the cloud-like pillows. The room provided a peaceful and relaxing sleep, much needed after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel's location in a rural area ensured minimal noise disturbance, great to unwind and recharge.

The check-in process did not go smoothly as planned. There was an issue with my card, which resulted in my reservation being canceled without prior notification.

I loved this divine hotel with its favourable location and awesome staff.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was just a short train ride away from Manhattan, convenient for exploring the city. The train station was also conveniently located just a few blocks away from the hotel. I appreciated the fact that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The wood look vinyl flooring was a nice touch and gave the room a modern feel.

Updated room, helpful staff, nice building. It was a very pleasant stay, you could leave a car on-site. I found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like Ponty Bistro Harlem that is only 25 minutes' walk away.

Well, the area was uncomfortable overall.
